Sales Associate – Arvin, CA (Hybrid Eligible)

Job Description

West Coast Soil Works is seeking a Sales Associate to help grow and support relationships with professional customers across the West Coast.

This hands-on role works directly with the CEO to manage customer accounts, handle sales inquiries, and ensure dependable service and delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn the business from the ground up. After six months of successful onboarding, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule, with the option to work remotely 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

– Support the CEO with customer communication and order coordination.
– Prepare quotes, pricing, and product details for landscapers, growers, and nurseries.
– Work with operations and logistics to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
– Maintain CRM data, track orders, and assist with forecasting.
– Represent the company with professionalism and reliability.

Requirements

– 2–4 years in sales support, account management, or customer service.
– Strong communication and organization skills.
– Detail-oriented and dependable in follow-through.
– Comfortable working directly with leadership in a small, fast-paced team.
– Experience with CRM systems preferred.
